Demonstrating The Value Of Sustainable Fertiliser In Africa
For the second year running, GrowGreen Ghana Limited was honored to participate in the food and Agriculture exhibition in Ghana (FAGRO).
FAGRO has become the hallmark of the Agricultural calendar in Africa, with officials from around the continent, representing a number of countries, being present.

The exhibition served as a soft launch for the complete range of GrowGreen foliar products which will be introduced to distributors across Ghana in the coming weeks.
The benefits of GrowGreen technology to FAGRO attendees was extremely well received, with positive feedback upon seeing the complete foliar fertiliser range.
The exhibition also presented the opportunity to meet our African customers, with many farmers, from all over Ghana, showing considerable interest in GrowGreen products. The value of GrowGreen technology led to many requesting more information and follow ups after the fair.

In addition both local and foreign FAGRO attendees were keen to purchase samples to try out for themselves first, in many instances buying two to three bottles of GrowGreen Fertiliser technology samples at a time. One Nigerian farmer, keen to benefit from sustainable technology, requested bottles of Profert be sent to him back home.
Invitation Extended To Attend Zimbabwe Agricultural Show

The Zimbabwe delegation advised of the strongly growing awareness of the need for sustainable fertiliser technology in Zimbabwe and were keen to see GrowGreen Fertiliser playing a role in their market.
GrowGreen Trials In Ghana
One of the challenges facing farmers in Ghana is access to reliable water supplies. GrowGreen Ghana, working closely with the irrigation authority, however is preparing to begin a series of controlled trials on some of the larger farms that allow accurate monitoring. This will involve a range of different crops.
Opening The Doors For A Sustainable Africa
In addition the the results being achieved in Ghana GrowGreen is looking at the benefits of delivering sustainable agricultural fertiliser to Nigeria and Zimbabwe.
Launching Phoscal and Microbe Plus at FAGRO, meeting with new/existing customers allowed GrowGreen Ghana the opportunity to demonstrate our passion and devotion to sustainable agricultural practices. Reconnecting with farmers on a larger scale and engaging with them on the issues they are facing now and how GrowGreen can be of service in the future.
We look forward to participating in FAGRO for a third time in November 2012.
